By accessing or using Pixola (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Pixola provides AI-powered image generation tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions

Generations require credits. The number of credits required per generation and the availability of subscription plans are described in the app. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. We may change pricing or credit rules with notice.

5. Your Content and AI Outputs

You retain rights to the content you submit and the images you generate, to the extent allowed by law. You grant Pixola a limited license to host, process, and display your content to provide the Service.

AI outputs may be similar or identical to content created by others. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate laws or regulations.
  • Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Create or distribute harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to bypass safety, rate limits, or access controls.

7. Safety and Moderation

We may block prompts, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our policies. We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed.

8. Pixola Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Pixola and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reverse engineer the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable for certain uses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixola will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
